Not too crazy about this new line from Beyonce Knowles. Though I may be passing judgement before the whole thing is unveiled. Yes it will probably make a boatload of money, yes it will probably be the next big thing, but I just don’t get it.

I saw the line on Tuesday night’s Jimmy Kimmel show.
It was entertaining. But, where is the merchandise actually available?
It’s not in the stores yet.
And since so many of us shop online these days,
there isn’t a website including the House of Dereon website that has
merchandise available (except for a few pairs of jeans).
The first collection on the show was cute. The sweater with the jacquard ribbon has been in every photo op and isn’t a new look since last year.
This line isn’t ahead, innovative and extremely wearable, so far.
It’s another band wagon line (no pun intended), with not much to offer other than a few items that you really don’t need.
I bought the House of Dereon jeans from FamousStyle.com They have the collection for sale there.
I think the new line is great. The jeans are simple and me i like it when its simple . All the clothes are great. I have seen the clothes on Oprah… so beautiful.
FamousStyle.com only has four of the six pairs of jeans.
That’s hardly a collection.
Anyone know where House of Dereon collection pieces other than jeans can be purchased? Looked cute on TV promotions.
But where to buy so I can see if I really interested.

I saw the line at Marshall Fields in Chicago and didn’t even realize it was…….., eventhough I saw B and Mom introduce the line on Oprah. I must say, I love the blue jean jacket for $248.00. I hope it goes on sale, that’s the only way I’ll buy it. There was these jeans that were poorly cut, very straight leg and in my opinion not cut for sistahs. Eventhough, I’m somewhat thin, I couldn’t even get in those jeans.
I was on the Oprah show when she revealed the line and got a free pair of jeans and tee from the line. They are very cute
Okay ladies, House of Dereon’s website now has a beautiful intro.
And they added 2 jackets and a teddybear to the 6 pairs of jeans.
The jackets are faux fur @$900.00. Hmmm!
I saw the jeans at Up Against the Wall. But don’t hold a candle to the other brands with embroidered and jewel pockets.
Hey, it’s by Beyonce & momma…so let’s get excited. I’m not hating. Just expecting a lot. Come on ladies, show us what you got!
The public needs to be able to view the true heritage, reflecting the “Make something out of nothing”, extending from the soulful Agnes Dereon, transending into the hands of Tina Knowles. I think the public truly recognizes Beyonce’s extensive musical and theatrical abilities, however, these same mega-star qualities and abilities aren’t uniquely manifested in both her and mom, Tina’s fashion clothing line. Ladies, people are truly expecting so much more. Step it up ladies!

House of Dereon, We are watching you! Beyonce dearest, you are doing a great daughterly thing by plugging every chance you can get. I saw the making of your Pink Panther video. Thank goodness your editors had the good sense to delete the footage of poor quality and poor fits. The satin blazer jacket lapels were “bubbling over”. The back of the satin gown had many smiling folds . During the making of the video there was nothing that fit well or was worth being plugged. I must say my dear, the only time you have ever been well dressed, was when you were not wearing Tina Knowles. The video was great. The wardrobe…well…??? Whatever!!! Please yo momma girl!
Beyonce looks so wonderful at the Grammy’s. So absolutely magnificent! Like a goddess.
And finally because she wasn’t wearing a Tina Knowles!

Wow! I just saw the launch of the House of Dereon fashions on the Oprah show and I was absolutly amazed. They have every thing from jeans, tops and the most beautiful dresses. I am a compulsive shopper and can’t wait to get my hands on some of those beautiful clothes!!! Oh yeah, I can’t forget about the shoes GORGEOUSE!!!!
