Gawker Party Canceled

I was planning on crashing Gawker’s New Year’s Eve Party. Crashing because I am not a socialite who gets invited to sexy, chic, geek parties. Remember how I was lamenting my lack of New Year’s Eve choices? So I zero in on a party that I may be able to crash…and it gets canceled. Is that some kind of luck or what?

So unless you have a party that I am invited to, it’ll be wine and cheese on the couch at home with the TV fixed on New Years in time square.

Someone please help.
