Savannah College of Art and Design graduate Dominica Baird brings this amazing line of moisturizers and she’s getting every last dime of mine.
Bistro Body Butter is the real thing. This is a really soft, aromatic (but not hard on the olfactory senses), has aloe, shea butter and vitamins A&C. You will get addicted to lotioning without that yukky greasy feel.
It’s one of the items available at SCAD’s website (makes me want to go to their school).

A Fresh Crop of Pants at Couture Candy*
Oh, springtime. Shedding layers and lengths to accommodate the warm weather… and while the clothing may take up less volume and weight, it loses no importance. While you love your spring wardrobe of skirts and dresses, what will you wear with all your elongated tunic tops and loosely flowing empire waist tees? The only thing you can wear to accommodate the waists of these finicky shirts: cropped pants.
Couture Candy has a selection of cropped pants that are quite the chic display of sophistication, making homely phrases like “pedal pushers” and “clam diggers” seem so passé.
Our favorites are those that you can wear effortlessly, unhindered by bulkly fabric, featuring straight lines and sharp tailoring.
Theory’s Paxie B Short
Flapped pockets and a sleek cut.
Serfontaine’s Sunset Crop

Golden embroidery, studded embellishments, vintage wash… and still exuding a casual cool.
Alvin’s Valley Cropped Slacks

For the working girl who likes to work it.
Diesel’s Kono Cropped Pant
Dark and slim, the qualities you long for in a man, embodied in denim.
Ya-Ya’s Bugle Crop Pant
These bugles will have you tooting your own horn.
