I am going to get my nails done, wax, grab a bite to eat, buy some clothes that I am desperately needing and I have to get coffee. I figure I will get that done in the morning and have my afternoon free.

No I’m not a superhero, I am going by what Valley is promising me. Valley is a new store opening up on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. It promises all of the above for the discerning shopper. Will it work? From the photos it looks so.

Today (11/14) I am going to try a little experiment. I’m putting together some sort of outfit for a holiday party. I’ll start with shoes and work my way up. So all day today, I’m going to piece together items that work/don’t work. Any comments left will decide what stays or goes. Jewelry.

I wanted earrings and some sort of necklace. I was going to go with pearls but decided different. Commenter Lulu said that I may be going too much with the black, but I love it Lulu!! Please don’t hold it against me. This is moreso especially considering my jewelry choices.

I went with these earrings and this necklace. Yay/Nay? (btw, next and final post I put everything together) Both are from Flat Earth Jewelry Design.
