I Want it Wider?

Joes Jeans

Double Entendre’s aside, this post is directly related to the wide-leg-bell-bottom phenomenon taking over for the fall. Fashiontribes own Lesley Scott, blogs about it in DETAIL with several examples of what we will be wearing this fall. I embrace it and am a little scare at the same time. For a l-o-n-g while the skinny jeans thing was it. It was basically the denim to have. The issue here was you had to be skinny to take part in the trend. So the bone-thin challenged had issues simply fitting into something made for women in the negative zero category.

This new trend may be a particular saviour to the every woman. No matter what your size, there will be a wide-leg for you. And now that the Gap has jumped on to this conversation with their own version, it’s ready for mass market.
