No more Symmetry in Jewelry

Earrings

I don’t know if it’s a left brain, right brain thing but I’ve always been one for symmetry. What that essentially means is that for fashion sake I really like having it where whatever if something is done on one side, it also has be done on the other and in equal proportion. There are no ifs ands or buts about it with me. Which leads to the point of this post, yesterday I ended up with something in my e-mail that may start changing that point of view.

Nash Hoop earrings takes everything about symmetry in jewelry (you know having matching earrings, bracelets etcs) and throws it out the window. While not exactly a new thing in fashion, this is just done so well it seems as if it’s a first time thing. The earrings are sterling silver pieces, hand oxidized to create a vintage look. Although the earrings come as pairs, the designer encourage a whole mix and match vibe. Fashion industry stalwarts designers Nina Segal and Ashleigh Cohen are the creative geniuses behind the line and it’s obvious they know exactly what they’re doing.

I wish they were online for purchase, currently they’re available in these select boutiques Nina at Fred Segal in Santa Monica, Taste in Atlanta, and Planet Blue Stores in California and online at NinaSegal.com.
