Chanel Heels

The talk of the New York mediascape is Madonna’s Glock 9mm heels (or was that a Desert Eagle?), it could be a .22. Whatever the gun model is, Madonna’s Chanel pistol heels were what the fashion slobs and mouth breathers call super chic and that’s fine for them, for myself I’d venture to say that the heels were magically delicious. I’m no better. They’re from Chanel’s cruise collection hitting stores right. about. now.

The pop star wore the gun slinging heels for the premiere of her directing debut “Filth and Wisdom”. Now if you’ve seen a Madonna film (one where she’s the lead actress) you know that she’s a multiple grammy award winning music artist and not an Oscar winner for a reason. The buzz behind “Filth” though is lukewarm to not so bad. Which is good by any measure for a Madonna flick.

The heels were designed by Laurence Decade for Chanel and will be out later this year. If you’re interested in things like the price…it’s $2200. Who says there’s a worldwide recession?
