[...] July 30, 2009 by jeremy danté with the success of the topshop fast fashion retail location in NYC’s soho shopping district, expansion is amongst the intentions of any global retail takeover. though few details have been released & no official comment was received, fashion blogosphere sources are starting to buzz about top shop exansion efforts. i had reported a while ago that sir phillip greene, top shops man in charge, was seeking retail spaces spanning about 50,000 sq. ft. in a select locations around NYC. at time of reporting, no mention of a brooklyn location was announced or spoken of. but today, reports are trickling in that a location in the fort greene neighborhood may be a possibility come 2010. reportedly down for the oversight of both they style aspects & opening details of the shop is, yes bitch you already know, top shop’s leading lady- the legendary kate moss. more as the details unfold.
