Do you think the First Lady should wear shorts?
The UK Daily Mail reports that Michelle Obama incited a firestorm of controversy recently by wearing shorts on her way to hike in the Grand Canyon. “Michelle Obama Shorts” become one of Google’s hot topics of the day, with most results negatively critical.Â
Although she was not without her defenders. Some thought the notion to ridicule was  outrageous. Above, you’ll see the famous shorts. They could have been longer, a bermuda style, in the effort to be more conservative, but they’re certainly a far cry away from the three inch inseam that has become so popular. Surely though no First Lady predecessor has ever worn shorts outside of camp David, right?
