I am the guinea pig for this new skincare line. According to the ingredients on the product, it is all natural and very light. It is non-abrasive for the skin and gives it a radiant look. It even helps find the cure for all the world’s diseases. Ok I made the last one up, but either one of two things are going to happen after I test this out: my skin will turn green and fall apart or I will have positively radiant skin. I am hoping for the latter and not the former, so far so good. Will be sending an update next Monday.
I go through a lot for my readers…

Shower Shock

In the what-will-they-think-of-next department… a brand of soap on the market made with all natural ingredients is said to cleanse, refresh and provide a wake-up jolt to your day via your favorite legal drug and mine, caffeine. The soap is a vegetable based gylcerin product and has no animal fat (tallow) for you PETA folks. It lacks harsh ingredients that may contain impurities, or that could be potentially harmful to the skin; it’s hypoallergenic as well.
Whether the caffeine actually has the same effect as drinking a cup of joe is in the air. The price of $6.99 a bar is also a little high, but less than other designer, fragrant bars. Target has the three pack for $14.99

Marc Jacobs Blush

I like this scent. It’s a definite floral, jasmine scent. Perfume can be a real bitch. Some bathe liberally in it, eliminating the benefits of wearing it. Others don’t use enough of it. Marc Jacobs removes the guesswork with this scent. Blush has been out for awhile, but with Fall in full swing I wanted to highlight it especially considering the scent really fits for the season.
Sephora has the 1.7 ounce for $65. If you can find it for cheaper let us know.

Stephanie Nolasco
At the age of fourteen, Lacy Barry was given a religious premonition of her future with fashion. The word "ephoe," a plural form of the eight ritual garments worn by Jewish high priests, appeared in her dream. Barry, age 24, is the founder of Ephoe Inc., a label whose influences come from lush tropical colors, Audrey Hepburn and Victorian couture... [Go]
